Fast Breakfast - Bread Poha

Hungry in the morning and have no time / enough ingredients to prepare your breakfast? Here's the hope:

6 slices of white / brown bread cut in small squares
2 tbsp oil
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds
Finely chopped onions (1 big / 2 small)
1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnishing

As always, start with oil in a frying pan.
Add mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves.
Once the seeds start breaking, add the turmeric powder.
Then add the onions and fry till pinkish in colour.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a while.
Mix well and add the bread pieces followed by some salt.
Cook for a while mixing occasionally.
That's it!
Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander and you are ready to start your day!
