Baby Corn Broccoli Potato Stir-Fry Recipe
Baby Corn Broccoli Potato Recipe can be prepared pretty fast and accompanied with fried rice. It is a variation of the authentic Baby Corn Broccoli Recipe:
Ingredients:
Broccoli - 1 cup, separated clorets
Potato - 1 medium, parboiled
Baby Corn - 1/2 cup, parboiled
Capsicum - 1 medium, chopped
Garlic - 3 cloves, chopped
Onions - 1 large, chopped
Cashew nuts - 6-8, fried
Cornflour - 1 tbsp dissolved in some water
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 pinch
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Baby Corn Broccoli Recipe Preparation
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil.
2. Add the chopped garlic
3. Just as the garlic starts turning brown, add onions, parboiled potatoes, parboiled baby corn, capsicum and broccoli clorets.
4. After 3-4 minutes, add cornflour solution.
5. Add soy sauce and stir well.
6. Add sugar, black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
7. Once you achieve the desired thick consistency, garnish with fried cashew nuts.
