Chopped green chillies as per preference.
1/4 cup cubes of boiled potatoes.

1 tsp lemon juice.
1/2 tsp chaat masala (if you want it to be very chatpata).

OMG.. this looks so easy.. and here I was wasting all my energy trying to convince my hubby to take me out.
Thanks Kajal. If you don't want to spend time making the chutneys, let me tell you it tastes amazing without the chutneys as sukhi bhel (dry bhel) as well. Just increase the amount of lemon juice.
That sounds totally yum.. and goes well with my diet plan too if I skip the potatoes. Thanks.
Hey thanks... Ya potatoes can be avoided. You can even add cucumber.
visiting your blog after a long time...seems missed a lot... Now with mango season on, Bhel would be tastier.... :) :D
